I have been having minor itching and irritation. This stuff shows up on my vulva area whenever I sweat or the area is rubbed wrong by my underwear or bike seat. I was diagnoised with BV and a yeast infection but have finished my treatment for both and im still getting it! It seems to come out of the pores in the area and not my actual vagina itself. I wash at least twice a day and it comes right back. I never used to get this. What is it?
thats a yeast infection live u need canesten pessary or tablet
stop washing as much it can make bv worse wash once a day with just warm water and pat dry
its driving me nuts! i didnt respond or see change from two oral fluconizole doses 
mabe try a cream for the outside and pessary for the inside defo looks like cheesy curds typical of yeast 
its a vicious circle u treat the yeast bv comes back u treat the bv yeast comes back im in same situation its a living hell
i had 5 days fluconizole and didnt do anything i got pessary and cream it got rid of the yeast bv came back im now on clindamycin for bv which again causes yeast so going round in circles
from my personal experience i just used water-salt solution /saline solution\ every time i go to the bathroom i always wash it out with the solution i made then pat it dry
this can reduce the infection by actually killing and minimizing the bacteria and make sure u pat it dry to get rid of the wet environment that can cause them to grow
keep doing this every time you go to the bathroom for at least 3days in raw
you can also use salt.water solution as a bath just to speed up the healing process
