I have had off and on again yeast infections over the last couple of months. I have been treating them with over the counter ointment/medication. Last time I had a yeast infection I had a lesion in the exact same spot as this one, just smaller. Being that this is my third yeast infection and that I have another, bigger lesion in the exact same spot, I am going to the doctor on Friday. I have only had one sexual partner since my last screening but cheating is not unheard of so STDs are always a possibility. The lesion only burns/stings when touched. Any input or advice is appreciated. On edge waiting on the Doc appt.
