WHAT IS THIS?

i noticed that i was having a burning and painful sensation when i decided to check it out and this is what i found:

i have researched and i believe that it may be herpes but i am not completely sure. please help

It looks like it could be a yeast infection.

Thank you very much, i had just spoken to a doctor and they believe that it might be too.
