i have had these weird lumps for a long time and my gyno says they are just hymenal remnants but i swear they have gotten larger, very worried

I would agree with your doctor. Yes, the vaginal mucosa can change in appearance and often women observe alterations in the size of these hymenal remnants. Difficult to explain why- it could be down to having kids, ageing, hormones, weight gain, etc.
As long as it doesn’t hurt, bleed or interfere with sexual intercourse then I’d leave them alone.
