Not sure what you’re referring to, but I can only see Fordyce spots, which is normal. It might also be a little bit red, but I would attribute that to the spreading with your fingers.

Agree with John- if what you’re worried about are those fine grainy white spots, then they are Fordyce spots, which are sebaceous (grease) glands.
