looks like veggie growing. not a bug or parasite. This happens to me too. Don’t worry you’re fine. Some plant food may have seeds and they do germinate inside gut and intestines. Come out looking like what you have expelled.
Plant seeds require growing conditions for germination and subsequent growth that do not exist in the human body. The seed would first have to stay in the stomach long enough to germinate. Your body moves things through your stomach is less than a couple of days. Pretty much nothing germinates that fast.

Also when you see a dog that has eaten blades of grass their poop will be stringy as they dont digest the grass. If you have ever owned a dog you most likely have seen this if they were outside much.
