I just have noticed like two months o maybe a little bit more that my frenulum git this and i don’t know what this can be. I got fordyce glands all over my gland.

There are several thing this could be - some people refer to these as Parafrenular glands - one of the other possibilities is this is an ordinary wart ..
I wonder if you have pulled at this or have irritated it regularly?
It would take very minor surgery to remove this …
