Hey guys, any ideas what this could be? I've seen a lot of photos online that look almost exactly the same say its balantitis or yeast infection. It's happeened a few times in my life so far, usually lasts a week and goes away.. Red dots appear, then they eventually go a bit whiter and peal off themselves...They're not bumps or blisters,nothing comes out of them just dots of irritated skin that might get a bit itchy. Im sexually active and have always had a pretty tight foreskin. The few times it has appeared its been after sex. Although the first time it happened I was 16 so it wasn't an STD. Pls any opinions would be appreciated
