I have a white bump on my penis and, small orange/red bumps i cant get a picture of clearly on my foreskin. I had a white bump on my scrotum last year, and now i have these bumps once it starts getting hot outside. idk if thats related at all.
The penis is covered in bumps and spots of different sizes - I think what you most likely have going on is that the level of irritation to the skin is varying - so a simple example of this could be that you are showering more frequently.
Irritated penile skin is most often linked to things the skin is most frequently in contact with, or a particular change has occurred - examples of this can be things like a change of soap or shower gel, for those sexually active using condoms it could be a change to a different brand or type of condom.
If you wash your penis with soap and shower gel, or use a particular lubricant on a regular basis this can over time impact on penile skin and make it less able to deal with particular circumstances.
