This pimple like bump showed up on my penis yesterday and had a white head at the tip of it… I think its just some skin pores that may have got clogged from masturbating with coconut oil but wanna make sure its not herpes … Can anyone help?

It is probably a friction mark due to the masturbation. Herpes would ulcerate with a matter of days.
Try using just a fine layer of the coconut oil or coat the upper-shaft and head area only.
Maybe the photo, but your skin quality looks quite poor - do you wash your penis with soap and shower gel and stuff … ?
