At this point Im unsure what this could be Ive had this for around 8 months now and i feel no pain or disconfort with no urge to itch at it what so ever. When i first noticed it i went to go get tested the first month and got it checked out by a doctor visually to see what it was, but the doctor said it was nothing. That was almost 7 months ago and it still hasnt bothered me in any way other than how it looks. Just a few minutes ago I thought it might be a wart of some kind so i checked what home cures I can use and was recommended that Apple Vinegar worked best. After applying on i continued to feel no pain, but the color began to change more white and looks more strange as if did before applying.
Any thoughts to what this might be?

Took a photo again a few minutes after posting this discussion. It looks to have went back to not looking like anything, but its somewhat still there. Anyone know what this could be after this new update?
