What is this patch of enflamed/swollen patch on my penis? Noticed it a couple days ago. Haven't been sexually active in 2 years and always used protection when I was.

Given your sexual history, it’s unlikely to be an STD. A skin condition of some sort is a definite possibility and I would suggest consulting a dermatologist. I don’t think atopic eczema looks like this; it could be lichen planus but a dermatologist would be able to diagnose your condition.
