i noticed this spot on my penis about 5 days ago and im not sure what it is i have popped it and now this is what it looks like it seems swollen around it yesterday and filled with puss , so a gentle touch drained it out
It also does bot hurt or itch or anything like that been looking into it alot and could it be a cyst or something
You are going to need to treat the infection, then see if it completely heals. Get some liquid antiseptic and dab a little undiluted onto it 3 or 4 times daily, it should reduce in size after 3 days,
Apply the antiseptic 1 or 2 times daily until the wound is completely healed. If you still have the bump after the infection has drained and healed it is likely it was a cyst initially - if so, these take their own time to fade away as long as you do not irritate it any further. Cysts can take in excess of 5 months to fade away
