Hey its me again i should have taken a before picture but i keep getting these random scabs on my skin no blisters just scabs what could it be? i've currently been putting on this healing cream so it doesn't look bad anymore but still concerning this is a photo of my arm

Since 2018 i have been getting cuts in my vagina they started off really bad like alot of small cuts that look like paper cuts it looks better now but i am scared now i have a open lesion cut with a couple paper cuts i don’t know why it keeps coming and disappearing i don’t know if this is an outbreak but it won’t go away i have had cuts for months now i really don’t believe the doctors when they say its just a yeast and bacterial infection its so annoying i’m worried but i have kinda come to terms with the fact that its probably herpes but what i have doesn’t look like your typical kind of herpes its cuts and i think i have it on my body too i’m not getting blisters but i have been getting random scabs on my body like my butt back and arms then out of nowhere i had a cluster of scabs on my chest i am really scared you guys
