This is on my buttcrack above my anus. It started out as a little tear, no blisters. I’m wondering if because of its location if it got infected from wiping. It looks terrible, does not really hurt unless I accidentally rub it. Also, no odor and no other symptoms anywhere else in genitals.
No new sex partners, same one for 8 years. Have had a positive blood test for HSV1. Really confused if this could be herpes or some other skin condition/infection.
