ive had it for a couple months it started as one then grew as they are in the picture but now they are going away. ive had sex multiple times with these on my penis and all of my partners test came back negative. is this some sort of skin disorder or std?

Could be just how you were born a form of vitiligo but you should go to the doctors if you are worried about it
You need to get this checked by a STI / Sexual Health Clinic or a Dermatologist as soon as possible - you should not be sexually active until you have had this identified by a medical professional
