I have had this red bump for a few weeks now. It started off bigger but has now shrunk. It is a little tender and when I press on it I can feel some harden bits under the skin. Also, I have not been sexualy active recently.
The bump is just below the head of your penis? Would you say this started as something like a chick pea or large garden pea in size?
Is the skin on the surface of the bump rough or broken at all … ?
It could be a Penile Cyst or even simply a blockage to the skin - the photo does not give the detail to tell
