i had a bowel movement a couple days ago and it hurt pretty bad which resulted in a small tear. Just 2 days ago i noticed these bumps that are not itchy, uncomfy or nothing dont notice they are there. But im an overthinker and always think the worse. What could this be.? Ive been tested already everything was negative . i am sexually active.
