A couple of days ago these bumps appeared on my penis? Im trying to figure out what they are and I am panicking really bad. Whats crazy is these bumps appeared 2 years ago and they went away on their own. I got tested for Herpes but I dont believe thats the issue… Can someone please explain

They might be ingrown hairs
