It started as 1 red bump a year 1/2 ago. That bump scarred over and then a few months later i got 2 more. They both scarred over and now here i am again with another red bump! the scars are painless but i can feel some pain in that area of the red bump. Also, i have white patches on my penis head// what is this?
I feel some kind of numbness as well near the top 1/4 of my penis
