i have a red shiny spot on my glans. having this problem for 7 months now, no symptoms no nothing. i went to a dermatologist she told me its an unknown inflammation and prescribed me advantan which did not help. i also used canesten no help.
can you take a clearer photo and a photo less close to see more clearly the issue

to me it looks like something white and fungal under the glands possibly yeast…
the patch on the glands looks very similar to something i have had…i believe it to be lichen planus but it is very hard to get a clear diagnose by an average doctor, anyway if it is LP there is not much they can do as i understand it…just steriod creams, the effectiveness is debatable from my research.
do you have changes on the shaft?
