Hi, I’m a 20 year old female, and I’ve been having issues with digestion since around may. Since may ive lost 40 pounds unintentionally. I have issues with being too nauseous to eat. I was diagnosed with c diff in September when I had an appendix tumor removed. I was put on medication and the symptoms went away for a little. But now I’m back to having uncontrollable diarrhea sometimes and every few weeks I’ve been up all night throwing up bile (each time that happened I didn’t eat much that day). My colonoscopy revealed an Adenoma polyp which was removed. Last night I threw up bile six times and couldn’t eat anything at all because the thought of food sounds so awful. I’ve also been having diarrhea since last night. What is wrong with me? Is it the c diff again, or is something worse wrong with me?
See your doctor again to get retested for c diff. Sometimes stomach surgery can trigger stomach irritation. Try a food disry to see if a particular food is causing diarrhoea or vomiting.

You will have to be tested for c.diff again..sometimes these bacterium are not completely eradicated with the meds and start multiply again...go see your doc as soon as you can..if you have to wait long to see your doc go to A & E in the day if poss when the hospital lab is still operating.....best wishes...
