What is wrong with me!! Help!

I've been dealing with this for so long and I'm so paranoid already. I don't have a complete diagnosis yet.. someone please tell me what these could possibly be, I've circled. no longer itching, but the fact they are there drives me crazy.

The white bump I'm not sure what it can be, but I see that the papillae on your vaginal lips are just vp

maybe it's some yeast infection like candidiasis. any symptoms?

Did you go to the doctor?

yes, I did have a yeast infection and have been treated with antibiotics 3 times but nothing has worked so I believe its something else..

whitening has went away, still have papule like bumps on both sides of labia minora.

update: I believe they are vp, but planning to get a biopsy done soon. Will update again
