Fissures…Hurt like crazy. Could get a prescription from doctor but prob wont get an appt due to virus. Put something on to soothe like coconut oil or whatever you have in meantime every morning. Maybe even some motrin for inflammation.

First I am sorry someone commented about posting the pic, you should be able to post it so we can see what you are talking about, It could be hemorrhoids, and you also may be wiping to aggressively, use some tucks and soft wipes when cleaning that area. Be very gentle. Preparation H helps with hemorrhoids, they can be internal and external as well. Do you have alot of itching as well, if you do it may be a yeasty type infection that can be helped by using jock itch like medicated creams etc to kill of the excess yeast. This area is prone to sweat etc, wear lose fitting garments and at night wear cotton underwear so that area can breath. Taking internal probiotics may also help balance the ph of this area as well. I suggest Culturelle as it has alot in it and taking it for a week or so may let you know if it helps. Medications for jock itch like conditions may help you alot. Talk to the pharmacist for which ones are right for you. It seems like it is in a circular area which makes me think even more the jock itch type thing. an area where the skin touched alot and is prone to overheat and sweat. Good luck hope this helps.
