I was wondering what you people's opinion is of what you think feeling like dying all the time is attributed to...do you think its anxiety or depression? I truly have been physically exhausted and just feel HORRIBLE at times with no 'specific' symptoms. I have a dr appt. this coming Wednesday but don't always trust dr's opinions..but take some comfort if I get a good blood panel back....do any of you go through this, too? Anyway, thanks for your responses. I appreciate it.
I think mine is the same I just hate the side effects and always think that I’m dieing like the tingling in my hands dioreah and no appetite it’s so horrible
Hi there,
Anxiety increases paranoia. When we’re anxious, we often pay close attention to small details, and become alarmed. Also, anxiety comes with a large range of symptoms, One of which is palpitations, which can lead one to believe that they are having a heart attack or dying.
This is anxiety. I feel this same way and also describe it as "horrible." I worry about dying even though I'm only 18.
For me when I'm depressed I feel numb. Feeling horrible usually is anxiety. Like I'm on edge and nothing makes it better, only distractions help a bit.
I hope things get better. 🐕
Yes Betty I have felt exactly like that many times to the point where I could barely get off the couch. I went to the doctor in the blood work was fine. The doctor told me I look very stressed out which was true. It’s amazing what in Anxiety and stress can do to the body and the mind!
Part of it is stress combined with some depression . Stress and anxiety often go hand-in-hand. People think they just have anxiety and aren’t even aware that there actually also depressed. That’s why I advise speaking with a counselor who can help. It really helped me a lot to vent to someone else. Have you been having some stressful issues in your life lately? Has there ever been any long term situations? Relationships? Something at work? There are so many things that can contribute to our anxiety and it really takes a toll on the body! I was so physically worn out I thought something was wrong with me.
Begin by thinking about your life and what’s going on in it. Think about things that have bothered you in the past and recently things that stress you out, it’s amazing what we can come up with.
Start eating healthier, getting some exercise which increases good hormone in the brain, if not already, get interested in something, do things that relax you and always remember to laugh and smile. These things have been proven to make positive changes in the brain.
I like to listen to excellent meditations on YouTube for anxiety, stress, sleep, depression, etc. They are very helpful and give you a different perspective that helps bring about peace of mind. Feel better!
Hi,
Whether you suffer from anxiety, depression or paranoia (early stage) is irrelevant at this point as all of these conditions are treated in the same way (unless paranoia develops further to a full blown psychosis). You need to see a doctor and start taking medications which will help with the symptoms that you experience. Once you feel better, it would be good to see a psychologist and take part in one of the ‘talking therapies’, which would enable you to understand what (and why) you feel.
I want to THANK YOU ALL for your replies...just hearing from you helps!! Bless you all and I feel more encouraged...I hope you all have wonderful things coming to you in the new year!
Betty
Also still be glad to hear any other comments!
