What it could be?

Hello, I'm 19 year old male, I do suffer from health anxiety and I visit doctors very regulary. My last visit was yesterday. Everything was fine after that.

Today I woke up and I noticed that when I bend my arm a small 'lump' appears. When I touched it its soft and it feels like there is nothing under it. But its still there. I have no idea what it could be and also noticed that I have 2 simillar lumps on the other side of my arm, They're a lot smaller and show up only when I bend the arm. I have no idea how long they could be there for, I think I would notice but than again they only are seend when arm is bended. 

I can't go to the doctor as it's closed for the weekend, and I just would like to know what it could be. My anxiety is really not helping me as I don't know what these lumps are. If anyone know what it could be please help.

This could be a knot formed from the ligament of the elbow that your bending. Surprising you should have seen this before, or that maybe due some trauma or muscle strain lately?

Well I did start to exercise latley so maybe something from that, maybe its trauma, I mean I anxious all the time that doesn't help. Thanks a lot for your response.

I get "skin tags" on my skin! Bumps on my arm, leg and other places. My doctor doesn't seem too concerned. You could probably talk to your pharmacist for something.
