its itchy, super irritated, i have white discharge, and in the past some sores appear, NO little bumps im too afraid to visit a dr help me please!

I had this same thing a few days ago and am/was worrying myself sick. It started off as itching then i got clumpy cottage cheese type discharge and my vagina just wasnt looking right, my mind instantly went to its herpes, mind you i had unprotected sex with a new partner just a few days prior, I went to doctors office to get some relief, she prescribed me a yeast infection medicine to stop itchy while i wait for results, long story short itching didnt completely stop 2-3 days pass i get me results and i have chlamydia and trichomoniasis. so i would say go get tested dont be scared.

Very possibly bv. My vagina gets very sore/sensitive when I have bv and causes cuts/sores and white discharge. If not bv it could be a yeast infection

cracked dry skin itchy skin and thick white discharge is yeast thin smelly watery white discharge is bv it normally just causes minimal itching around the vaginal opening it rarely causes much discomfort just an annoying discharge
