What kind of rash is this?!

Out of no where I have gotten this rash on the one side of my buttcheek, it is super itchy and it does burn if it’s touched (obviously) I can’t seem to figure out what it is, but I’m really starting to worry since there is what looks like oozing sores. I’m not sure if I should wait it out or seek medical help. But I’ve been staying clean and keeping coconut oil and tea tree oil on it.
