agitation and anxiety over nausea followed surgery then felt depressed about it all. Many anti deps not tolerated. Now on diazepam but still feel bad. Anyone had success with an adjunct med, has been suggested propanolol but not sure about it.
What other medicine u take
No others as everything tried could not tolerate, ssri,snri,tricyclic,anti psychotic
Maybe ask doctor to up dose on diazepam ? I was on 5mg which worked really well for me.
I was also on propanolol which slows the heart rate down and stops you getting panicky, it works.
Ill the propanolol assist the diazepam? I am waking early with hot flushing inside and agitation and anxiety. If i took propanolol would that help it
