What meds are you on? And what ones work for you?
Propranolol 40mg 3x daily but not sure if they work if they're are working and helping me I would hate to know how I am without them. Hbu
Low dose mirtazapine to help me get thru benzo withdrawal. Avoid psyche drugs if possible.

I'm going to start with my diagnosis first then meds that I am on that work really well without being too bad on the side effects. I'm bipolar and have Agoraphobia, social anxiety and borderline personality and two others I can't mention, any way but I'm on lithium 300 twice a day and that's worked out great for me and the bipolar. I'm on Clonazepam and Ambien at night and that's worked out great too for my anxiety attacks and social insecurities, I'm also on Suboxone, now this isn't a normal psychiatrist med but surprise for me was is is also helping me with my anxiety as well but that also could be even more because I am now sober a while and it's hard to do so without some help and back up. So those are some of the meds that help me. Best wishes for you guys!
