Hello, I was on a high dose of seroxat for 20 years for depression before they stopped working. I've been on 40mg of citalopram for 11 weeks, and it doesn't seem to be doing much. Still little motivation, lots of anxiety and negative thoughts. What's the likely next anti depressant I should be looking at please? It looks like 2 ssris no longer work. Should next one be snri or Moi? Thanks.
