What’s more common in a gallbladder attack?

I know you can have both but is diarrhea or constipation more common symptom when having an attack?

Hi Kathryn,

I just had my gallbladder removed last week. For me, when I had an attack, it was always always diarrhea. I never had any constipation.

Thanks for the reply! I believe I’m having an episode now and was constipated but as soon as the pain started it was like instant diarrhea 😔
