Have terrible pain on the outside of my hip and down my leg it's really bad finding it hard to walk.
Ho,I'm not sure what your pain is but boy I've had it loads,I'm new to the diagnosis...about three months,going to see GP Wednesday as I have so may questions...but I to have so. Uch lain on the outside of hips,I've had MRI,ft .xray loads but nothing came back.they tried to say it's because I've had 9 bk operations and it's coming from there.i don't think so but I'm no expert.i can't sleep at night as can't lie on nips,shoulders.back nor front.hooe you get comfortable soon X
Hi HOTpicks99 have you tried physiotherapy this has been my saviour I go once a week which costs me £30 but it's worth every penny I also suffer with right hip pain groin pain and sciatic like pain down the side of my leg down to my foot. Physio uses massage on pressure points which for me are around hip and bottom area although the effects are short sometimes only 2 days but worth a try hope you find something that gives you some relief

I have osteoarthritis in my knee and I've been walking with a limp for a year now .wondering if it stems from there appreciate your reply I did see a physio a while ago for my back ended up couldn't go any furtherxxx
Hi I was the same kept going back and forthto doctors it got me down cos they looked at me that I wasimagining the pain Ended up they have me too much burden I turned bright orange and became allergic to it .My advice is keep making appointments til someone hears you if need be tell them you can't take it anymore and you would like to see someone as the pain is unbearable good luck I was only referred cos my doctors gave up their practice and the new ones were a lot better at listeningxx

I also have had bad hip pains and have had various diagnosis, last time my doctor told me to do the following exercises (in the attached picture) as my pain was mostly on the outside of my hip and down my leg, hope it helps 😊
