My surgery was on 5/28, to have a right hydrocele removed. There is still some small dull pain when walking mainly around the incision area. Nothing too bad at all. I have my first follow-up with doc on the 17th, and am afraid that a hydrocele may return. It's still swollen, maybe slightly smaller. One thing of note is that there was NO drain bulb/tube thing put in during surgery, so does that increase the likelihood that more fluid could appear and a hydrocele forms again?
