not painful, sometimes itchy and i notice that in that lower part of my glans the lesions/bumps are seem to be growing. can someone help me or know what is this? Thankyou, really be grateful to see some replies. i’m 20 year old male.
they look like pearly papules
do they flatten out with an erection?
how long have you noticed them?
some flatten out but some is still noticeable. I think for almost 2 years. before my glans look soft but now it is rough, shiny and have lesions. it scares me out that it might be warts or something worst 
it is pretty safe to say its not warts or anything worse
