ive been to the doctor 3 times and the first time they said i had bacterial vaginosis and i had these same cuts. they gave me medicine and it immediately cleared up the rash. these “fissures” never start as pimples or crust over or anything theyre just open cuts that itch. i attached a picture.
A lot of people on here say they experience cuts with herpes but I’m not entirely sure. Your image more so looks like the area is too dry.
