What should i do???i m so confiused...is it anxiety??

Its been almost 2 months when i suffer first panic attack it was very frightening.....

Now from that day i feel anxious everyday

My heart beats fast (i m worried)

Feel dizziness everyday

Stomach problems like burping...noises....feeling full

Having blood plessure sometimes up and sometimes low......

Had bad headaches somedays...

Shortness of breath almost all time feel like difficult to breath sometimes

Feeling heaviness in chest

I had ECGs and they are normal blood tests (CP & Liver function test) all are normal..doc says that i have gas problem(i don't know)......i m 23 and studying.my life is so difficult and i couldn't concentrate on anything....anyone plz suggest me what is this that i m going through

Although ive not had many of these symptoms it is anxiety ur going thru. Sounds like a heightened sense of anxiety, ur noticing things and uve become more sensitive to your symptoms. Symptoms which u may only normally get mildly.

Ive had several panic attacks in my life and I think part of the brain changes, its all chemical changes, new neural pathways, etc. Flight or flight, but then ur brain thinks the danger is constant so u get stuck.in this cycle of fear, but try not to worry.

I have come thru the other side of my anxiety and my brain has improved and Im starting to feel like my old self altho different but not in a bad way.

The fact ur studying must be stressful on the mind.

Hi you have my deepest sympathy I have had their awful complaint f 10years sometimes awful sometimes manageable but every single day I get married in 2 days and I'm sick of not looking forward to things just want to be happy and normal and get excited no not me heavy chest feeling like I'm going t have a heart attack and bad episodes of diahoea anyone that has daily anxiety suffers alot

You are having aniexty, try not to consentrate on ur systems I know that can be hard but get ur mind focused on something else. Do u take medication?

All the things you mention are anxiety related, I have had all of them at sometime or other.

They are just symptoms though, and the more you take notice of them the worse and longer they will occur.

Try believing your drs and know that you are well no matter what symptoms you experience.

Did anything happen to start all this off, or have you any stress in your life at the moment, if so perhaps face it head on and deal with it, then you can move on.

I think there is often a trigger, and that starts the whole thing off.

There are things you can do, like counceling, meditation, deep breathing exercises, or even having a massage, etc

Whatever you do, dont go googling symptoms it will only make you imagine all sorts, and believe me All your symptoms Are well known anxiety symptoms, All of them And More.
