the boy i have sex with got diagnosed with hpv after i told him that i noticed some changes down there(at my vagina) .
what should i do for myself? should i get a pap or something else? i have never been to a control before and i am super scared

if you have bumps go get treated, otherwise you may or may not get it in the future. A lot of times immune system fights it off. Ive had it but none of my partners had ever had symptoms

i would go get pap and tell them why… also since youre there ask for all std check

thank you but isn’t pap to confirm that my cells are not normal? i already know that i have hpv bc my bf went for a check up and i have a wart. shouldn’t i go directly for a hpv test to know what type of the virus i have?

go get the pap test cause hpv can cause cervical cancer so just to rule it out i think
