I'm at my limit with this and I just don't know what direction to go. I had one round of Premetherin and Ivermectin and it didn't work. They are back or did they ever go away. I break out very mildly so the doctors don't believe me. I know they are there. Can anyone help me with how to treat face neck and scalp?

Oil of Oregano, topically and lemon. I do a 5% oil of oregano, with 20% lemon oil mixed with castor oil.
I’m making great strides in a very short timeframe.

I’ve sacabie on my forarms over 5yrs now and I think I found a mixture that looks like its working. The ratios are not set. I think the key is to get past their waxy coating with alcohol. Then kill with scabisan plus lotion, dish soap, bleach, and clove oil. I have it all mixed up in a bottle and apply several times daily. Dont get in eyes. Its slowly clearly up finally. Good luck.

my recommended ratios are 75ml Scabisan plus lotion, 25ml alcohol 70%, 5ml water, 10 drops of dish soap, 2 drops of clove oil. This developed after 5 yrs of sacbies. Yes, entire body, except the eyes. Also, before application, I use over entire body, a brown soap for dogs that contain creolin. Works better than sulphur soap. My scabies down 75%. Must be working.
