I have these red patches for over a month now and they don't go away. I use moisturizer and OTC topical hydrocortisone, but they still didn't go away. After using them they are soft and red, but before them or after the shower or not using them for a day, they are dry and flaky. I had my last sexual intercourse more than 3months ago. What is in your mind as differential diagnosis?
looks dry and irritated to me but it could also be something else im not sure
I am suspicious about glycerin, but honestly no idea if it can really cause this. It was in the lubricant I used, also in the moisturizer.
