I have been feeling dizzy / lightheaded for months now. Started off happening around mid - late afternoon and would last a few hours, sometimes I would have a bowel movement and it would go away. But now I am feeling lighthead more and more often. I am on blood pressure meds and the GP says it could be these that are causing them, then again they might not be he says.
I want to be referred to a hospital to sort this out. Any ideas of good hospitals in London that deal with dizzness? Also what sort of specialst should I see? Ear, Nose Throat or a Cardiologist or Neurologist
James Im on a BP med ,I often wonder if these makes my balance worse ,seems to be longer been on them . ? Think they can drop BP down to much,to fast .What are you on ,and for how long . ?
My Dr sent me to a neurologist.
I'm in the United States so I know nothing about hospitals in London sorry my friend.
So far the neurologist seem to be trying to run tests to help me.

My dizziness is caused by migraine associated vertigo which is treated by a neuro. It took me a year to get a diagnosis. It could also be some sort of vestibular problem which would be dealt with by ENT. They dont know about MAV so I wasted time seeing them.

Professor Bronstein is chairman, British Society of Neuro-otology, and president of the Neuroscience section of the Royal Society of Medicine.
I know Adolfo personally, and he is one of the best doctors to see in London with regards to the above.
