im sorry to hear about the circumstances, it does look like herpes due to the blistering but best to get it swabbed by medical professionals for proper diagnosis.
looks as though it could her genital herpes. im so sorry for what happened.please see a doctor and get a full std screen .
to me this looks like herpes, especially if it itches and burns as you describe.

I’m so sorry to hear that this has happened to you, I can’t even imagine. Please go straight to a medical professional for these to be checked out, you shouldn’t have to live in pain like this. They do appear to be genital herpes - there are many people you can talk to on here if you need to, me included.
