what are the bumps? again probably being paranoid but i cant stop looking! :( also not sure if the bumps on top are follicilitis because i do leep shaving over them so i dont think ive given them time to heal and just made them worse. opinions????

I think you’ve got three things that can be commented on. Good news is that they are all quite common and none of them are serious!
- The lumpy off-white spots on the free edge of the vulva (best seen in middle picture) are called Fordyce spots. They are simply collections of prominent sebaceous (grease) glands. More information on Wiki and also here, Fordyce spots: Quick and Informative guidance — DermNet
- Immediately adjacent to these Fordyce spots are lighter coloured fine, frond-like ‘growths’. These are vestibular papillomatoses. Information available from Wiki as well.
- The third picture of your pubic(?) hair shows a few areas of mild folliculitis. Nothing to worry about but maybe you need to take it easy with shaving/depilation or get a professional to attend to your needs, post-lockdown

thank you for your reply! but i’m worried because i dont think the bump on the last picture looks mild 
i have litte red dots which i know are from shaving, but its the big one im concerned about

If you look carefully, the ‘big one’ has a hair growing out of it. So even if it’s big it’s still a hair follicle infection = folliculitis.
So nothing to worry about. If you want to do something about it, you can apply antiseptic cream (e.g. Savlon, etc) but it should settle on its own even without medication.
