do worms always appear in pooh or have people got them and never see them ? ive got awful stomach / bum cramps really strong really strong
i saw this but it cant be a parasite but then it doesent look like faeces in very gassy nausea stomach bubbles and strong tremors 
ignore that im over thinking its probaply a mushroom from a pizza last night its just getting me down and i dont want to be disturbing doc
