Hi syel,

All I can see are buttock cheeks with some red spots. Is this what you’re referring to?
If so, they look like mild folliculitis (hair follicle infection), which is nothing to worry about.

Ideally you should post photos taken maybe 4-6" away from the lesions, to allow us to get a closer look to confirm.

ive never had this on my butt before and i do not shave my butt so idk how that would happen

There are dozens of reasons that might cause it (tight clothes, detergent, sitting in a wet swimming suite, etc.) but if this is limited to your butt cheeks - nothing to worry about.
