im on birth control and recently ive been lazy on the pill since i havent been active so i ended up not taking it for a couple days and started my period. i went to pee and i felt something come out of my vag and it was this! I just have no idea what it was or if its just normal but it was weird, it couldnt have been a miscarriage i havent had sex in months??
No need to be worried! It is just a big clot from your period. It happened to me before and I also freaked out but that is all it is.
