What the hell is wrong with me.

8 months ago in September 2017 when I started my new job, after eating a taco bell chicken quesadilla, I almost lost consciousness after 30- 1 hour of ingesting the food. I became clammy and sweating and I couldn't concentrate. I began to lose my hearing. I went outside to catch my breath and almost went down. I felt very sick for the rest of the day. I also received 3 vaccinations the day prior, which I don't really believe had any relevance but including all possibilities. 2 months went by and I had the same episodes directly after eating and during one occurrence I felt so sick I went to the ER. They told me it was vasovagal and to wear compression socks while working. I finally established a PCP and went in explaining my situation in January. She ran a celiac panel which was negative at the time and a dairy IGG which came back elevated around 12. My PCP's advice was to avoid dairy. I completely cut it out of my diet which some improvement to my symptoms.

3 months after this I go in explaining I still do not feel well and the symptoms are worsening which I didn't understand because I do not eat any dairy in my diet. She runs an allergy profile which came back with ALL positive IGG's and the interesting thing is my dairy intolerance is now an 80. My previous negative IGG to wheat is now positive at 20. I also have elevated IGG to corn and egg white. I was told to AVOID ALL FOOD for 2 weeks and drink a supplemental shake called The Physicians Elemental Diet, which unless you are a healthcare provider, you are unable to purchase this supplement. I was diagnosed with Leaky Gut Syndrome, which btw is not even a real diagnosis, and had no additional testing. My skin rashes flare up intermittently.

Overall, the supplements are not working. I take a daily probiotic, dietary enzyme, l glutamine, vitamin d, vitamin b 12, and I still feel like s**t. ALMOST EVERY single time I eat I feel faint. I feel like I'm going to pass out and feel shaky with the best way to describe it as someone's sugar is dropping too low. Which btw, ive had my A1c checked which is 4.9. I am tired of eliminating things from my diet because everything on my panel came back positive. I am frustrated with this because I am only 21 years old and Im also full time in college.

At this time I am concerned with an autoimmune disease that is being missed or possibly even a gastro problem being missed because of the lack of diagnostic testing. Does anyone have any input that might be helpful?

Blood test...endoscopy..colonoscopy.. to eliminate few... like gallbladder issue...liver issue...pancreace issue.... move from there... and test forr helycobacter...

To start with...

Your vaccinations could have played a part in your symptoms since you had these reactions a day after you got your innoculations.  I had a reaction to a vaccination when I was a child and the effects were permanent.

Avoid al the foods you are intolerant to.  This is your best course of action.  Some supplements can also cause reactions.  However, if they are not working, there is no point in taking them.

I have what you described. I had to eat only 6 foods for years. No spice or herbs. Bland and blond diet worked for me. Rice and chicken with butter and salt for awhile. Everyone is different so pay close attention to what you've eaten. It can take 3 days for a food to aggravate your system. Keep a food and drink diary. Read about histamine foods.

Please be patient because I got sick at 19 back in 1973 and it took them years to figure it out. Now doctors know a lot more. I've seen every kind of doctor. My gastroenterologist knew about leaky gut but didn't believe for sure until she saw my skin rashes. The digestive was inflamed from bacteria and I had to go on antibiotics and anti parasite medicine. I would be well a few months and the bacteria would come back because I can't take probiotics or eat prebiotic foods without being itchy. Finally I went on Xifaxan for 12 months now and I've added boiled zucchini and a tiny bit of chocolate.

I'm also on a new drug. A shot for atopic dermatitis since February. We won't know for sure for a few more months if it's helping.

Its true that supplements can make your symptoms worse. Take only one kind at a time to see which ones if any bother you. Tell your doctor.

I've been told my situation is probably hereditary and was aggravated by ingesting something with too much bacteria my body couldn't fight. All three sisters get skin issues but none have my severe situation. Doctors also call it an autoimmune disease.

Did the doctor do a stool test to see if you have SIBO? Small intestine bacteria overgrowth. SIBO causes all kinds of problems. Like dizziness and feeling faint when eating anything. If inflamed eating for me makes everything worse. Certain foods are killers for me. Getting gas is bad for me. That's why I eat rice and ground turkey.

If I get stress I'm worse. Finally after 10 months of antibiotics and Zantac for acid and antihistamine for skin I can eat saltines for the first time in ten years.
