i got them after get circumcised i think .. i got circumcised at 18 
ppp dont bother me, as if u can se the white bumbs bother me i dont know what are them.. not sure if are warts or fordyce spots.. also the white bumbs under ppl .. dont know what it is.
am really fed up of it honestly. having a stuff like that ain’t cool. the rash i have now is somehow big but hurts less…doesn’t look like a boil
