What time does everyone take stool softeners ?

do you take stool softeners morning or night ? does it matter when i take it?

Take it at night.
that’s what I do.
fissures once it “heals or is less painful” the way to avoid pain is to take miralax at night and drink water throughout the day.
also avoid really spicy foods.
You will feel so much better .

it doesn’t bother me past few months BUT it can become aggravated/open when I don’t take enough water or don’t drink miralax
don’t hold it in neither. just go when you need to.
avoid spicy foods.
do not use toilet paper/wipes. DO NOT. You will never feel better. BUY YOURSELF A BIDET AND USE BIDET ONLY. your butt will thank you.
portable bidet too, when you are not home.

have your doctor write you a prescription for rectiv
for whenever you feel discomfort.
