what to do with anxiety?

hello

i am in week 1 on Ecotloprma

the anxithy really bad

whats to do to make it calm down

is it will be battter after 2 weeks ?

when i feel the medcation work

iam so tired

Unfortunately it will take quite a bit longer than 2 weeks. These meds work very slowly and can take ip to 12 weeks before you see a drastic change. Stay with your dosage and give it time. When starting meds, anxiety will be at all time high for first couple weeks, but improves with time.

Hi Roby 54688/Citrolopram will take at least 10/12 weeks to work within your body and whilst that is working your anxiety will go up for 4/6 weeks whilst the medication is working through your body

im mother i need to be good to take care of my kids

is so hard for me that icant take care of them probably

so do use things or medcation that help with anxitey ?

Hi Roby54688/Each person is different so i have given an average time period .It could be more or less than the figures i gave in my last note.

i dont, but your doc may prescribe you a benzo to help with anxiety

what dose have you started on ?
i started on 10mgs and stuck it out for 4 months without really getting better and three weeks ago i upped my dose to 20mgs my anxiety got worse but i am starting to feel much better ! you will get better i promise ! it will get worse before it gets better ! breathe through the storm !! x
